Maintenance Summary
- Removed, cleaned, and painted all four brake caliper bodies
- Installed 8 new/replacement brake caliper pistons
- Removed brake hoses and replaced them with stainless-steel brake hoses
- Removed the brake master cylinder
- Disassembled, cleaned, honed, and rebuilt the master cylinder using a new brake cylinder kit
- Reinstalled the master cylinder
- Removed old brake pads and installed new front and rear brake pads
- Bled the brake system
- Checked the cooling fan; found it not working
- Removed and replaced the fan brushes
- Inspected the car's brakes and suspension
- Found the brakes had been sticking/not operating properly
- Worked on the tie-rod ends
- Worked on ball joints
- Adjusted the parking brake cable
- Cleaned/free'd up the four calipers and related brake mechanisms
