Initial startup and assessment

This invoice accounts for two years' worth of work to get the 190E 2.3-16 Cosworth re-assembled after being found in a salvage yard. The Cosworth-specific fuel tank was installed; the fuel tree was rebuilt; the spark plugs and injectors were pulled (and later replaced); fuel lines and hoses replaced where needed; the radiator installed and oil cooler re-attached; the list goes on.
