• Installed Porsche 993 Factory Used Alternator (Part 99360315600, 1-year warranty) – $550.

Labor & Related Services (5 hours @ $185/hr = $925)

• Removed old alternator and fan assembly (disconnected battery, A/C compressor, belts, wiring, brackets).
• Cleaned alternator housing (noted that housing is worn with stress marks and should be replaced in future).
• Found fan impeller damaged; sourced and installed a suitable replacement.
• Installed alternator on fan housing, installed new (used) impeller, reassembled wiring, fan assembly, belts, and covers.
• Tensioned belts, tested charging system – confirmed 13.7V (no load) and 13.4V (full load).

Fan Impeller

• Installed used fan impeller (good structural condition, expected to last years) – $380.
