This is a comprehensive mechanical restoration and cosmetic upgrade project for a Porsche 964. Work included engine-out service, full suspension refresh, complete brake overhaul, leather re-trim, custom wheels/tires, upgraded audio/security system, and major paintwork. The invoice reflects both parts and labor, with many OEM and custom components.

• Engine & Suspension:
  • Engine R&R (remove and reinstall), engine rebuilding, and alternator shroud replacement.
  • Suspension kit installation and shock replacement.
  • Brake discs, pads, rotors, and calipers replaced and upgraded.
  • Diagnostic and repair work for A/C, DME relay replacement, and recharging.
  • Window regulator removal/installation.
• Body & Trim:
  • Extensive replacement of seals, plugs, mirror bases, and trim pieces.
  • New LED headlights, fog lights, rear reflector panel, and emblems.
  • Front and rear bumper cover sections installed.
  • Custom front speaker plates and rear speaker mounts fabricated.
  • Stainless sill plates, door trim, door glass felt replaced.

  • New Michelin Tires (Front 215/40ZR18, Rear 355/35ZR18): $1,119.90
  • Mounting, balancing, TPMS transfer, and reprogramming: Included.
• Upholstery & Interior
  • Full Leather Reupholstery:
    • New leather for seats, dash, headliner, and other interior panels.
    • 60 hours of labor to remove, seal, and reinstall interior ($4,800 labor).
    • Custom color-matched plexiglass for interior details.
  • Audio & Electronics:
    • Audison Hertz component speaker system, power amp kit, and 8-channel amplifier.
    • Viper alarm system with proximity sensor.
    • Wiring for lights, speakers, and alarm integration.
• Paint & Body Work
  • Preparation & Paint:
    • Interior parts painted, including color-matched work.
    • Body prep and sanding prior to painting.
    • Materials and labor for paintwork totaled over $5,500.
