OIl and steering fluid, exhaust install, horn / headlight washer repair

Had a few lingering issues addressed in addition to oil change and steering fluid flush. Got inoperative headlight washer working, ditto for one horn. Also replaced steering reservoir while we were at it and fixes a bad p/steering hose. Installed AFE performance exhaust system.
